I am a learning designer with over a decade of experience designing curriculum, educating adult learners and providing training. Quite a lot of that time has been in other countries working with people of different cultures to help them achieve their career goals. I am intrigued by finding learning solutions that meet the organization's strategic goals. I can achieve this by working constructively as part of a team, no matter how spread out it is geographically, and with a high level of independence. I am always learning new tools that best solve the particular learning gap.
